WELCOME! The Entertainer's Delight speaks for itself. It is located at 112 46th Street, ground floor and is available all year round. During the Low to Mid Season you can enjoy it either nightly (3night minimum), weekly or monthly.

Summer rental is SAT TO SAT only.

Off Season Rental Rates are NEGOTIABLE and the Rental Dates are FLEXIBLE.

 

The large 700 sq ft patio and 2bedroom/1 bath home with an open floor plan of 900 sq ft living space gives you plenty of room to enjoy your vacation with your family. Come enjoy an extremely clean and well managed beach home. Enjoy people watching and just relaxing in the sun on the front patio or Relax on the Beach that is only 50 feet away. The house is beach friendly with pergo flooring throughout with the house and comfortable carpet in the bedrooms.

You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach PierHuntington Beach PierBalboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!

Warm Blankets, Comforters with Clean Duvet Covers, Clean Pillows, Fresh Linens for all beds, 1 bath towel set for each guest, Beach Towels, Kitchen Towels/New Sponge, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dishwashing Detergent, Hand Soap, Shower Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner, Lotion, Hair Dryer, Bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, aspirin, cotton ball, qtips and much more.  



FRONT LIVING ROOM:
Comfortable sectional couch, 42” HD Flat Screen TV with cable, Wireless Internet, DVD player with 30 DVD movies. Stereo/CD and Ipod hookup with speakers, Low maintenance pergo flooring. Open Floor plan to give you plenty of room.

 

KITCHEN: Opens up to the dining room and living room. Kitchen is fully furnished to meet all your cooking and entertaining needs. Including but not limited to: Place settings for 6, Full set of Pots/Pan, a coffee maker with filters, blender, toaster, muffin tins and crock pot.

 

BEDROOM 1: It is furnished with a Cal King Bedroom set, dresser, dresser and night stand 2 large wall closet, Ironing Board/Iron and ceiling fan

 

BEDROOM 2: The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, a dresser and nightstand, ceiling fan and lots of children toys.  There is also 2 hide-a-way twin beds.

OUTDOOR SHARED WASHER/DRYER LAUNDRY ROOM: Equipped with a washer and dryer and detergent.

 

EXTRA LARGE PATIO

800 SQ FT PATIO with 2- 6 person patio set and umbrella, a propane BBQ and a tub full of beach toys

 

PARKING: 2 car parking; 1 garage and 1 carport

 

BEACH TOYS: 4 boogie boards, beach toys, balls ,games, shovels, pails, 4 beach chairs, 4 Beach bikes,  beach umbrella and 6 Beach towels

 

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking, NO Pets. Must have an adult staying at the home during the stay.

 

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Rental Application
  • Copy of Valid Driver's License
  • An excuted Rental Contract.

$1000 Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival is within 30 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit and $1000 down payment due at time of rental contract. The Final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
