The home was remodeled extending the kitchen and living room offering an additional 300 square feet to the living area and a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and modern kitchen cabinets.   Enjoy the sand friendly laminate flooring in the kitchen and living room and new commercial grade carpet in the bedrooms. The welcoming beach house continues upstairs to the additional 2 Master bedrooms with 1 Jack n Jill full size bathroom and a 3/4 Bath in the other bathroom . The upstairs front bedroom includes a sunny patio with view of the ocean. Patio can be seen in the top picture. (patio on the left).

 

This warm welcoming home is available all year round. During the Low to Mid Season you can enjoy it either nightly (3night minimum), weekly or monthly.

Summer rental is SAT TO SAT only.

Off Season Rental Rates are NEGOTIABLE and the Rental Dates are FLEXIBLE. It is located only 4 houses from the beach. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!

Warm Blankets, Comforters with Clean Duvet Covers, Clean Pillows, Fresh Linens for all beds, 1 bath towel set for each guest, Beach Towels, Kitchen Towels/New Sponge, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dishwashing Detergent, Hand Soap, Shower Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner, Lotion, Hair Dryer, Bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, aspirin, cotton ball, qtips and much more.  

 

KITCHEN: Comes fully equipped for entertaining and cooking. Including but not limited to: Place settings for 8 for dining, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, BBQ utensils, wine glasses, muffin tins, cooking spices and much more.

 

LIVING ROOM: 55" Smart Cable TV with remote, High Speed Wireless Internet, Board games for family fun

 

BEDROOM 1 DOWNSTAIRS: This bedroom is downstairs next to the 3/4 bathroom.  It accomodates a full/twin bunkbed, a dresser, a large mirrored wall closet, a TV with remote, children's toys and games and extra blankets

 

MASTER BEDROOM 2 UPSTAIRS: This bedroom is located upstairs with a 3/4 bathroom attached.  It is supplied with a Queen bed, A 42" Smart TV, night stands, a dresser, alarm clock. a mirrored wall closet and extra blanket.

 

MASTER BEDROOM UPSTAIRS WITH PEEK-A-BOO VIEW: This master bedroom has a full size bathroom with tub/shower.  It is also supplied with a queen bed, a 32" TV,  2 nightstands, a large mirrored wall closet, french doors opening to a balcony that has a peek a boo view of the ocean.

 

WASHER/DRYER LAUNDRY ROOM: The Laundry room is in the garage and shared with the upstairs guests. There is an Ironing Board / Iron and cleaning supplies.

 

PARKING: 2 car tandem garage parking, free guest parking on the street

 

OUTDOOR: 6 person picnic table with umbrella, Propane BBQ with extra propane, 4 boogie boards, assorted beach toys/games, 4 beach chairs, Beach umbrella, a beach wagon and ONLY 4 houses from the beach, 3/4 mile to the Newport Beach Pier

 

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking.

Only 1 small, welltrained, non-shedding, non-aggressive dogs-MUST be APPROVED at time of submission of contract. Must have an adult staying at the home during the stay.   $150 additional non-refundable cleaning fee. 

 

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Rental Application
  • Copy of Valid Driver's License
  • An excuted Rental Contract.
  • Picture of Dog if applicable for pre-approval

40% Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 60 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit.
