FRONT ROOM: Comfortable Sofa Sleeper and love seat, 65" LCD TV with cable, reading books, Wifi Internet and board games. A gas fireplace to center the room with sliding glass doors on each side of the chimney to open the house up to the front patio to enjoy the ocean air.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops, New stainless steel appliances such as dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave and gas stove/oven of which is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. Including but not limited to the following: Place settings for 6, Full set of Pots/Pan, a coffee maker with filters, blender, toaster, muffin tins and crock pot.

MASTER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM: It is furnished with a queen bedroom set, large wall closet, Alarm clock and joins with a private master bathroom with a single vanity, and stand up shower.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed Rental Application
• Copy of Valid Driver's License
• An excuted Rental Contract.
• Picture of Dog if applicable for pre-approval

40% Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 60 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit.
