Greetings! You have found a Gem of a Beach Home. This warm welcoming 3 bedroom/3bath that sleeps 10 comfortably is available all year round. During the Low to Mid Season you can enjoy it either nightly (3night minimum), weekly or monthly.

Summer rental is SAT TO SAT only.

Off Season Rental Rates are NEGOTIABLE and the Rental Dates are FLEXIBLE.

The winter months in Newport Beach are amazing. You get the warm days of 60-70 degree weather without the crowds of summer. The evenings are cool with the crisp fresh ocean air. The summer months are spectacular with warm energizing weather of 75-85 degrees. The energy from the powerful ocean as well as from those that come to visit are so memorable, you can't help but have a great time in Newport.

This Treasured Gem is on the ground level of a duplex and located only 3 houses from the beach at 115 45th Street.  Special features include 3 bedrooms that are ensuites and it can accomodate up to 6 adults comfortable plus 4 small children; an exclusive patio with BBQ, 6 person seating and a lounge area for entertaining. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!

3 Bedrooms.  3 Ensuites tastefull decorated.  2 of the suites have cable TV.  All suites come with fresh linens, blankets, pillow.

Kitchen comes fully equiped with all amenities needed for cooking, eating and entertaining. Full size Refrigerator, Over-the-stove Microwave, Dishwasher, Gas Stove. New Quartz countertops and whitewash wood floors throughout the home. 

Living Room: 65" Smart Samsung TV, Spectrum Cable, DVD Player and DVD's, Ipod Dock and player, Beach Cottage Furniture and a "Welcome Home" decor. The house is also equipped with cable wireless internet access.

Private Stackable Washer / Dryer is located inside the house with laundry detergent. Iron and Ironing Board provided.

Parking: 2 car garage parking and public street parking in front of the house

Outdoors: 6 person patio table with umbrella, Propane BBQ, Beach Toys, Beach Chairs, Wagon, Beach Towels and Ice Chest

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking.

Only 1 small, welltrained, non-shedding, non-aggressive dogs-MUST be APPROVED at time of submission of contract. Must have an adult staying at the home during the stay.   $150 additional non-refundable cleaning fee. 

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed Rental Application
• Copy of Valid Driver's License
• An excuted Rental Contract.
• Picture of Dog if applicable for pre-approval

40% Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 60 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit.
