LIVING ROOM: The living room is an open floor plan with wood floors and warm colors accented with comfortable leather couches and a 60' Visio Smart LED TV with Blue Ray DVD Player and an assortment of DVD's. The coffee table is a favorite as it converts to a card table or foosball.

KITCHEN: The beautifully remodeled kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a gourmet gas stove, full size fridge as well as a mini fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with all the conveniences you will need to make your home cooked meals. The dining ware will accommodate up to 12 guests.

DINING ROOM: Enjoy your family dinners together as you gathering around the dining table for 8. The kitchen bar offers another 2 additional spots for seating.

Both located right outside the back door with laundry supplies and laundry baskets.

MASTER BEDROOM: Enjoy the comfortable Cal King bed with soft sheets and fluffy pillows watching cable on a 40' Samsung Smart LED TV.with Blue Ray DVD player. It has a large wall closet as well a dresser to store your clothes.

GUEST BEDROOM: This bedroom has a relaxing queen bed with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. In the room is also a ceiling fan and luggage racks in the closets.

BUNK BED BEDROOM: This is the room the kids will love. The bunk bed is a full/twin with a twin trundle. The room also has many toys, books, games and stuffed animals for the children to play with.

MAIN BATHROOM: Beautifully remodeled with tiled shower and a deep jetted soaking tub for those that wish to relax after a long day at the amusement park. A single vanity with many bathroom amenities to make your stay convenient. Including but not limited to Toilet paper, Kleenexes, hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, qtips, cotton balls, hair dryer, etc.

HOUSE AMENITIES AND CONVENIENCES: Enjoy central air conditioning, washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, an assortment of DVD’s, Linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, 8 towels sets for the bathrooms, Kitchen Towels/New Sponge, 8 Beach Towels, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dish washing Detergent, hand soap, shower bar soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, lotions, hair dryer, bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, cotton ball, qtips and much more to make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. Grab your beverage and relax in the lounge chairs with umbrella. There is also a 6 person patio set. A propane BBQ with extra propane for yummy summer barbecues.

PARKING: You have room to park up to 3 cars in the driveway.

MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. You will be greeted at the house upon check in to be shown the house and the neighborhood. Available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay. Also there is a concierge service if you wish to indulge.

SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. No Pets Allowed.
Must have an adults staying at the house during the term of the lease.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

In addition to being only a 15 minute walk to the DISNEY LION KINGTram, you will be close to many great experiences. There is something for EVERYONE! 10 minute walk away is the Anaheim Convention Center that holds many different exhibitions throughout the year, take a quick drive to 3 different parks including the Pearson Park Amphitheater presenting “Summer nights under the Stars” and Sage Park that has a children’s play area, basketball courts and BBQ facilities for your family gatherings. In the evening, watch the Disneyland fireworks from the patio every night during the warm summer nights. Other great locations include: 6 miles away from a Super Sports Golf and Rec Center, only 5 miles from the Block of Orange where you will find the only outlet mall in Orange County with over 120 popular stores, AMC 30 Movie Theater and IMAX, Dave and Busters, over 50 Famous Restaurants and lots of entertainment. For the sports fanatics, only 5.5 miles away, you have the Honda Center where the Anaheim Ducks play as well as many great concerts and the Angel’s stadium. For the educators, there is the Discovery Science Center 7 miles away. For those that want a great bike trail to the beach, the Santa Ana River Trail is only 5.6 miles away and it takes you all the way to the Ocean for an easy est. 12 miles bike ride. For the sun worshipers, grab the beach towels and beach toys from the closet and head to the California beaches only 20 miles away. The Local entertainment and theme parks such as Knott’s Berry Farm, Medieval Times, The Wax Museum, Wild Bills and the Horse Race Track are only 6-10 miles away. The Santa Ana Airport is only 15 miles. The entertainment in Los Angeles such as Aquarium of the Pacific, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Rodeo Drive for shopping and LAX Airport is only 32 Miles and those going to San Diego for Legoland and Seaworld, it is a 90 mile drive. 

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed Rental Application
• Copy of Valid Driver's License
• An excuted Rental Contract.

$1000 Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival is within 30 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit and $1000 down payment due at time of rental contract. The Final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
