Newport's Treasured Escape is available all year round. During the Low to Mid Season you can enjoy it either nightly (3night minimum), weekly or monthly. Summer rental is FRIDAY TO FRIDAY only.
Off Season Rental Rates are NEGOTIABLE and the Rental Dates are FLEXIBLE.
It's only a stone’s throw away to the Balboa Fun Zone (200 ft) and 400 ft to the Balboa Pier and ONLY 100 steps to the OCEAN and BEACH! It's the perfect location to walk to numberous restaurants,
shopping, entertainment and to the Balboa Ferry that takes you to Balboa Island.
Also located by the ferry is the Newport harbor where you’ll find the Catalina Flyer, boat rides, whale watching, parasailing, and much
more.
The Treasured Escape is a 3b/2b condo that was beautifully remodeled in 2010 and has been decorated with a relaxing beach theme. The condo of 1200 sq ft has canned
lighting, highlighted with dark chocolate crown molding and baseboards accenting the beautiful travertine tile floors throughout the house. A custom gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking
and entertaining. The home is stocked as if a 5 star resort hotel with all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient.

3 Bedroooms. 1 bedroom is a queen and the other 2 have king beds. The Master Bedroom has a 42" TV. All rooms have fans, blankets, extra pillows as well as tastefully decorated and plush carpeting.
Kitchen comes fully equiped with all amenities needed for cooking, eating and entertaining. Full size Refrigerator, Over-the-stove Microwave, Dishwasher, Gas Stove. All beautifully custom built with granite countertops and chipped edge porcelain tile throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room
Living Room: 48"Cable TV, DVD Player and DVD's, Ipod Dock and player, sea marine and beach decor. The house is also equipped with cable wireless internet access.
Private Front Loader Washer / Dryer is located in the garage with laundry detergent. Iron and Ironing Board provided.
Parking: 2 tandem garage parking and public street parking.
Outdoors: 4 person Patio table with umbrella, Propane BBQ, Beach Toys, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Wagon and Ice Chest

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
$1000 Down Payment at time of rental contract. This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your arrival is within 30 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.
A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals. It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.
For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit and $1000 down payment due at time of rental contract. The Final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
