Custom Built Luxury 3b/2b Condo. Available all year round. During the Low to Mid Season you can enjoy it either nightly (3night minimum), weekly or monthly. Summer rental is FRIDAY TO FRIDAY only.

Off Season Rental Rates are NEGOTIABLE and the Rental Dates are FLEXIBLE.

It's only a stone’s throw away to the Balboa Fun Zone (200 ft) and 400 ft to the Balboa Pier and ONLY 100 steps to the OCEAN and BEACH!   It's the perfect location to walk to numberous restaurants, shopping, entertainment and to the Balboa Ferry that takes you to Balboa Island.
Also located by the ferry is the Newport harbor where you’ll find the
Catalina Flyer, boat rides, whale watching, parasailing, and much more.

The Grand Treasure was beautifully remodeled in 2010 and is tastefully decorated with a relaxing beach theme. The condo of 1580 sq ft has vaulted ceilings with canned lighting, highlighted with dark chocolate crown molding and baseboards accenting the beautiful travertine tile floors throughout the house. A custom gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining.  NEW central Air Conditioning for added comfort during the summer.  The home is stocked as if a 5 star resort hotel with all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient.

Warm Blankets, Comforters with Clean Duvet Covers, Clean Pillows, Linens for all beds, 1 towel set for each guest, Beach Towels, Kitchen Towels/New Sponge, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dishwashing Detergent, Hand Soap, Shower Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner, Trash Bags, Lotion, Hair Dryer, Bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, aspirin, cotton ball, qtips and much more.  

 

FRONT ROOM:
Comfortable Sofa Sleeper and love seat, 65” LED SMART TV with Spectrum cable, beautiful travertine floors throughout the house and double crown molding to give that elegant touch of class.

 

KITCHEN: The Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. Including but not limited to the following: Place settings for 8, Full set of Pots/Pan, a coffee maker with filters, blender, toaster, muffin tins and crock pot.

 

LIVING ROOM: Open Floor plan to the kitchen with a beautiful sectional couch. A built in entertainment center with 65" LED SMART TV, DVD Player, DVD’s

 

MASTER BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM: It is furnished with a king bedroom set, large walk in closet, 42" LED SMART TV, Alarm clock and joins with a luxury master bathroom with a dual vanity, jacuzzi tub and a custom tile stand up shower.

 

GUEST BEDROOMS: The 2 guest bedrooms have carpeting and are furnished with comfortable queen beds and dressers. 

 

INDOOR WASHER/DRYER:
Equipped with an indoor new washer and dryer. Iron and Ironing Board. Laundry basket

 

PATIO: Large 200 SQ FT Patio and view of the Balboa Fun Zone, Propane BBQ with extra propane tank, 6 person patio set with umbrella, 2 lounge chairs, 2 chairs and table.

 

PARKING: 2 car tandem garage parking with remote and Balboa Fun Zone Parking Garage for guests.

 

BEACH TOYS: 3 boogie boards, 6 bikes (only if price is not discounted), beach toys, balls, games, shovels, pails, etc. , 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and 8 Beach towels

 

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking, NO Pets. 

Must have an adult staying at the home during the stay.

 

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Rental Application
  • Copy of Valid Driver's License
  • An excuted Rental Contract.

$1000 Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 30-60 days prior to arrival (depending on when reservation is taken).  If your arrival is within 30 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit and $1000 down payment due at time of rental contract. The Final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
