Summer rental is Friday To Friday only.  Available July 2-Sept 6
 


You will be within walking distance of the Balboa Pier,  Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for your vacation

 

 

DISCLOSURE:  This luxury beach condo is normally priced at $1100/night during the summer months, however due to the construction next door, we would like to offer upfront a 30% discount in rent for any potential disruption to your vacation.   The construction is scheduled to be finished by Christmas 2021.  The back alley giving access to the garage is also closed off and the temporary access to the condo is through a neighboring coridor passage.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen (excluding food) has everying you need for cooking and entertaining. Including but not limited to the following: Place settings for 8, Full set of Pots/Pan, a coffee maker with filters, blender, toaster, muffin tins and crock pot.

 

DINING ROOM:  Bar height table with seating for 4 and Kitchen Breakfast bar seating for 4 

 

MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE: It is furnished with a king bedroom set, walk in closet, 43" Roku Smart TV, 

2 Twin HideAway Beds stored in the closet

 

1st GUEST BEDROOM: Furnished with queen bed, nightstand and mirrored wall closet

 

GUEST BATHROOM:   Extra long single granite vanity sink with a tiled Tub/Shower

 

2nd GUEST BEDROOM: Furnished with 2 twin beds, dresser and mirrored wall closet

BALCONY:   Ocean breeze relaxation and BBQs.  The Front balcony has a Beautiful view of the ocean with 2 person seating and a propane BBQ.  

 

PARKING: 1 covered carport and public street parking. 

 

BEACH TOYS: 4 boogie boards, bin of beach toys, 6 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and 8 Beach towels

 

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking, NO Pets. 

Minimum age is 21 yrs old.

 

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Rental Application
  • Copy of Valid Driver's License
  • An excuted Rental Contract.

30% Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 60 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $2000 damage deposit and  25% down payment due at time of rental contract. The Final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
