Welcome! You have found the Treasured Delight. This warm welcoming
2 bedroom/2bath is a weekly rental during the summer months only. SAT TO SAT Rental only. Sept to June is a 9 month winter rental.

This beautiful 2nd story 2bedroom 2 bath beach house with wood floors throughout and shaggy carpet in all bedrooms consists of a open floor plan, flat screen cable TV's in all rooms (living room has Roku), a DVD player with DVD's, tasteful furniture, a 6 person dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom in the back of the house has a queen bed and an attached 3/4 size bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and 1 full bed. The 2nd full size bathroom is a shower/tub combo with vanity sink in separate room. The front entrance to the house has a great beach atmosphere with a covered patio (patio on right).

You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of Entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!

KITCHEN: Comes fully equipped for entertaining and cooking. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. Including but not limited to: Place settings for 6 for dining, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, BBQ utensils, wine glasses, muffin tins, cooking spices, limited condiments and much more.

LIVING ROOM: 42"Flat Screen Cable TV with remote, Ipod Doc/speakers, DVD player with 10 DVD's, Wireless Internet, Board games for family fun

GUEST BEDROOM: This bedroom has 1 Queen Bed, a 42" smart TCL Tv, a 6 drawer dresser, mirrored wall closet floor fan and extra blankets. It also has 2 fold away twin cots in the closet to sleep 6 comfortable.

GUEST BATHROOM: Shower/Tub combo with separate room with vanity sink.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a Queen bed, a 42" Smart TV, 2 night stands, a dresser, alarm clock. a mirrored wall closet and extra blanket.

MASTER BATHROOM: Private bathroom that connects to the master bedroom. Recently remodeled tile walk-in shower with vanity sink/mirror.

WASHER/DRYER LAUNDRY ROOM: The Laundry room is in the garage and shared with the upstairs guests. There is an Ironing Board / Iron and cleaning supplies.

PARKING: 1 car garage parking, free guest parking on the street

OUTDOOR: 6 person teak patio set, Propane BBQ with extra propane, 2 boogie boards, assorted beach toys/games, 4 beach chairs, Beach umbrella, 4 Boogie Boards, a beach wagon and ONLY 4 houses from the beach, 3/4 mile to the Newport Beach Pier

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking.

Only 1 small, welltrained, non-shedding, non-aggressive dogs-MUST be APPROVED at time of submission of contract. Must have an adult staying at the home during the stay. $150 additional non-refundable cleaning fee.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

Completed Rental Application
Copy of Valid Driver's License
An excuted Rental Contract.
Picture of Dog if applicable for pre-approval

40% Down Payment at time of rental contract. This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 60 days prior to arrival. If your arrival is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals. It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit.
