Welcome to the Treasured Joy.   This beautiful 2 story, upper level condo of a duplex was recently renovated and tastefully decorated.   A fully furnished vacation home in Newport Beach located only 1/2 block from the sand!  The stocked kitchen, cozy living room with with fireplace, 6 person dining room, a convenient full bath with 2 entries (1 from bedroom and 1 from hallway)   The patio has a couch, chair, and Electric BBQ.  A perfect location for relaxing and making treasured memories with your family and friends.  The bedroom that connects to the bathroom has 2 full bed, dresser and small outdoor patio. The other bedroom has a King bed with TV, dresser and also a small patio. 

 

You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach PierHuntington Beach PierBalboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying both the winter and summer months in the SUN!



AMENITIES

House Amenities are included in the price UNLESS the price is Discounted.
Warm Blankets, Comforters with Clean Duvet Covers, Clean Pillows, Fresh Linens for all beds, 1 bath towel set for each guest, Beach Towels, Kitchen Towels/New Sponge, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dishwashing Detergent, Hand Soap, Shower Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner, Lotion, Hair Dryer, Bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, aspirin, cotton ball, qtips and much more.  

 

FRONT ROOM: Queen Futon Sleeper 65" LCD TV with cable, reading books, Wifi Internet and board games. A gas fireplace with a dutch door that open to the exclusive relaxing patio to enjoy the ocean air.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining with granite countertops, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave and gas stove/oven.  Including but not limited to the following: Place settings for 8, Full set of Pots/Pan, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, muffin tins and crock pot.

 

FULL BATHROOM:  Has a walk in Shower, single vanity and 2 entry doors.  1 from the bedroom and 1 from the hallway

PRIMARY BEDROOM:  This bedroom connects to the bathroom and has 2 full beds.  Ability to sleep up to 4 people.  It also has a small balcony with seating. 


SECONDARY BEDROOM: This bedroom is furnished with a king bed, large TV and access to a private balcony.

WASHER/DRYER: Equipped with a stackable  washer and dryer. Iron and Ironing Board. Laundry basket within the unit

PATIO:  Exclusive patio that is equipped with a Electric BBQ  a 6 Sofa and a chair with a sunroof.  

PARKING: 2 car tandem garage parking with remote and public street parking (no permits needed)

BEACH TOYS: Collapsible Beach Wagon, 4 boogie boards, beach toys; balls, games, shovels, pails, etc. , beach chairs, beach umbrella and 6 Beach towels

 

SUITABILITY: NO Smoking.

Only 1 small, welltrained, non-shedding, non-aggressive dogs-MUST be APPROVED at time of submission of contract. Must have an adult staying at the home during the stay.   $150 additional non-refundable cleaning fee. 

 

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Rental Application
  • Copy of Valid Driver's License
  • An excuted Rental Contract.
  • Picture of Dog if applicable for pre-approval

40% Down Payment at time of rental contract.  This down payment is applied toward your full payment that is due 60 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at time of rental contract.

A $500 damage deposit is due 2 days prior to your arrival and held on your credit card during your stay for incidentals.  It is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages.

For Stays longer than 21 days, there is a $1000 damage deposit.
